Heated Lap Pool

Beside its 500 meters of beachfront dunes and lush gardens the clubhouse and pool area is a focal point of the Palm Orchard. Designed as a nod to local building traditions, the clubhouse is an open air palapa with mosaic tile details. Enjoy the ocean view with friends and family from the clubhouse kitchen complete with pizza oven, grill and bar. A 22 x 6 meter heated lap pool, kid’s play pool and hot tub offer activities for everyone.

Fitness Studio

Duck out of the birds of paradise tunnel to the fitness studio. Fit in a private workout with free weights, TRX, and Techno Gym cardio equipment, or pick up a friendly game of pickle ball with the neighbors.

Clubhouse

Homeowners can entertain family and friends in this delightful clubhouse with an outdoor kitchen and dining area complete with a 20’ fire pit to keep things cozy at night. As secondary outdoor kitchen area equipped with two sinks, gas cooktop, plenty of counter space and an Argentinian grill is perfect for private community catered events.
