Reserving a right to a legacy lifestyle home at the Palm Orchard is easy and low-risk. Simply request a Priority Reservation Agreement to start the process of owning your oceanfront or beachfront home in the Palm Orchard. When we receive a signed Reservation Agreement and Escrow Agreement (the “Reservation Documents”) and your fully refundable deposit you will receive a Reservation Number on a first come first served basis, which will provide you with an option to choose and purchase a lot and home in the Orchard neighborhood that best suits your needs.
Once we receive your Reservation Documents and refundable deposit, your deposit will be safely held in escrow at Stewart Title Guaranty Company – International Group, a United States title insurance company based in Houston, Texas. At any time you can write to us canceling your Reservation Agreement and we’ll promptly return your deposit. Your deposit is fully refundable at any time prior to signing a Purchase and Sale Contract.
When the first offering of home sites are available, which will be at or around June 30, 2010, we’ll contact you according to your priority Reservation Number and at that time you have the option to choose a lot and sign a Purchase and Sale Contract. If you’re not ready to commit to purchasing a lot and home at the Orchard, but are still interested in joining the Orchard lifestyle you can move to the end of priority Reservation Number line and we’ll contact you at a future date.
