
The Palm Grove...
The Palm Grove Villas are located on the northwestern side of the Orchard and are uniquely designed in a horseshoe shape that opens to the beach affording every home with an oceanfront view. While some homes will be closer to the beach, each homeowner can walk barefoot from their front door to the ocean. The Club Cottages...
The Club Cottages are located in the center of the Orchard a short distance from the Pueblito with convenient access to the ocean and the pool and spa area. The Club Suites...
Nine creatively designed Suites offer a spectacular opportunity to buy modest and highly detailed residences incorporated into the buildings surrounding the Orchard Club pools. There will be one two-bedroom suite on the second level of the Wellness Pavilion, two one-bedroom suites on the second level of the Culinary/Reception Pavilion, and an additional six suites in two buildings in the Art Pavilion area. The Hillside villas offer home sites located on one of the most dramatic areas of the Orchard. The nine Ocean Estate lots are situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in Baja with spectacular Pacific Ocean views. Each beachfront estate lot is a custom home lot.
