Master Plan Description...
The master plan for the Palm Orchard preserves large areas of the original orchard to maintain the natural beauty that exists today. Our goal is to provide the majority of home sites with an ocean view and private or semi-private paths that access the beach.
The land plan divides the property into seven neighborhoods, including The Palm Grove, The Club Cottages, The Club Suites, The Garden, The Hillside, The Oceanfront Villas, and The Ocean Estates, which all surround the Orchard Club.
Lush, mature landscaping will provide privacy for each of the approximately forty-eight home sites, while the Orchard Club provides opportunities for social gatherings and wellness activities. The Orchard Club amenities feature a beach club with a spa, pools, fitness and yoga center, culinary event center, an artist studio and nine guest suites.
The Orchard dunes and estuary behind the dunes will be preserved in their natural state to protect the bird life and wetland plants. A working organic garden near the Orchard Club will produce fresh vegetables for residents and will be maintained in a cooperative with locals. A Mexican paddle court is hidden behind “The Hillside” homes and a beach palapa bar and deck provides a relaxing venue to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset.
