The Orchard entrance, lined with exotic palms and tropical plants, opens to a circular drive leading to the Orchard Club or central amenity area. The Orchard Club sits at the highest point of the Orchard - where family and friends gather among beautiful architecture, lush plants, and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean.
Comprised of 6 buildings that are artfully designed, the Orchard Club offers a wealth of activities, in an inviting and relaxed environment all surrounding a series of pools and patios that at night are transformed into a magical candle lit setting. The Orchard Club amenities feature a beach club with a spa, pools, fitness and yoga center, culinary event center, an artist studio and ten guest suites.
A working organic garden near the Orchard Club produces fresh vegetables for residents. A Mexican paddle court is hidden behind “The Hillside” homes. A walking path through the dunes and estuary leads to a two mile long pristine beach with a palapa bar and deck that provides a relaxing venue to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset.

The Orchard Club sits at the highest point of the Orchard – where family and friends gather among beautiful architecture, lush plants, and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean.
Comprised of 6 buildings that are artfully designed, the Orchard Club offers a wealth of activities, in an inviting and relaxed environment. The Orchard Club features a world-class culinary and dining area, and a social building that includes a library, and bar. These first two buildings will be designed with floor to ceiling sliding doors that open to the lap pool, the adult pool, and kids pool.
Framing the west end of the Club is an artist studio and multi purpose event room. The studio is an ideal place for a visiting artist in residence to teach a painting class, for guest speakers or may be used for an Orchard movie night. To the East of the pools is the wellness building, which offers a fitness center, indoor-outdoor yoga studio, and spa facilities.
Nine creatively designed Suites offer a spectacular opportunity to buy modest and highly detailed residences incorporated into the buildings surrounding the heart of the Orchard. There will be one two-bedroom suite on the second level of the Wellness Pavilion, two one-bedroom suites on the second level of the Culinary/Reception Pavilion, and an additional six suites in two buildings in the Art Pavilion area.
